is seeking a Human Resource Manager who manages the development, delivery, and implementation of Human
Resources (HR) programs, products and services to assigned nuclear generating
site through HR business partner leaders and consultants. Serves as the
seasoned advisor and business partner to provide advice and counsel in all
areas of HR. Supervises the site HR staff. Functional areas include, but are
not limited to, managing and directing the HR service delivery, employee
assessment evaluations, policy and procedure administration, organizational
design, day-to-day labor relations, complaint processing, appeals arbitration,
employee discipline, and process standardization.

- Responsible for building and maintaining business partnerships with site
organization; delivery of HR program services. Serves as the contact to line organizations
on policy setting and implementation. Supervises and provides daily direction
to a team of HR Consultants professionals.
- Responsible for the interpretation and administration of bargaining
agreements to ensure complaints are minimized to achieve full utilization of
the contract language. May serve as interface with unions.
- Serves as the seasoned expert on contract interpretation including
investigations, recommendations, and resolutions of employee relations matters
in a manner that supports the strategic plan.

Education — BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience/ education/ training.
An advanced degree is desirable.
Experience — Requires demonstrated knowledge/ experience in advanced HR disciplines
including workforce planning and staffing, leadership continuity, succession
planning, performance management, compensation, employee recognition, learning
and development, and labor relations, typically gained through more than ten
years of progressive experience. Must have previous experience in human
Certification/License, etc — PHR/SPHR certification is desirable. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities — Ability to assess and direct talent to
effectively execute the vision of the HR business partner role. Team player
with strong communication and negotiation skills. Project management and change
management capabilities. Strong business acumen and ability to understands
competitive challenges and is able to identify key human resource strategies to
complement organizational strategy. Strong time management and priority
